Payment Policy

 

Your invoice and associated narration on other related documents such as credit card or debit card statements will reflect Pure Ultratech Fashion Pvt Ltd in full or abbreviated form.

 

Before completing your order you need to agree to our terms and conditions and payment policies. Once you have shortlisted your products and added to your shopping cart, you will need to complete the checkout process in which you may need to fill your details like your home address, phone no. and your name.

 

Once done with your payment you will be notified with a message in your given email id about the product details and product ID.

 

Once received your payment from your bank details we will process your order.

 

Your product will be shipped to the provided delivery address.

 

We have taken every care to tag accurate current price against each product but sometimes you cannot roll out due to human errors like wrong data entry, we reserve the rights to cancel the order for such cases where price is not tagged correctly and we will give you a full refund for that product.

 

We reserve the rights to change prices without any prior notice. All Prices on Prestitia are in Indian Rupees.

 

Return Policy

 

At Presitita, we work hard to provide you with the best products and best online shopping experience. But sometime a few exceptional cases do happen and for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product and want to return it then please get in touch with our Customer Service team at support@prestitia.co.in for any shortages or damages. You can return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.

 

How to proceed?

 

1. Contact our customer support at support@prestitia.co.in in order to get Return Authorization number, no product will be returned without RAN(Return Authorization Number).

2. You must provide your order number, your personal contact information and products you yearn to return.

3. You must cover the shipping cost.

4. The return product must not be damaged- its original tag and packing must be intact. So pack the product very safely and securely.

5. Once received the product, and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount charged to your bank details within 2-3 days depending on the bank.

 

Note – In any case the money has not been refunded for we have reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products which we believe are not satisfactory for return.

Cancellation Policy

 

No charges will be charged if cancellation is done before shipping of products. But shipping charges will not be refund if cancellation is done after shipping of the product(s).
